Breakfast
- cup of pumkin flax cereal w/soy milk

Lunch
- WF organic burger with mustard, lettuce, tomato, and onion
- salt and vinegar chips
- honest tea

Workout
- building a deck
- moving all my tools from upstairs to under the house

Dinner
- 3 scrambled eggs
- 4 corn tortillas
- salsa
- yogurt
