2/3 - Greg

Breakfast
- coffee with one cream

PT
- upper cycle
- rotator cuff exercises while standing on swiss ball platform
- pushups

Lunch
- Chicken taco's w/salsa
- roasted sweet potato and kale salad

Dinner
- Piece of pizza
- birthday cake

Note: No more pillar unless you bring your own food. It's hard to eat healthy there.
