Breakfast
- Cup of oatmeal with fruit and nuts
- 16 oz Americano coffee

Lunch
- Spicy spinach and tofu
- whit rice
- 1.5 fresh rolls

Snack
- Almond biscotti
- 16 oz Soy mocha

Dinner
- Fettuccine with vegetarian meatballs, garlic olive oil, and red pepper flakes
